Kim Farrell

Kim Farrell is a marketing executive with extensive experience in building and scaling digital platforms. Farrell has held leadership roles at TikTok, Google, and Booking.com, including serving as global head of creators at TikTok. She began her tenure at TikTok as director of marketing for Latin America, based in São Paulo, before advancing to oversee the platform's global creator strategy. In this capacity, Farrell contributed to the development of a significant creator ecosystem, influencing digital culture and platform-driven entertainment.

Farrell has received industry recognition, including being named among Forbes Brasil Top 10 CMOs, Bloomberg 500 Most Influential People in Latin America, and Adweek Latin America Top 25 Marketing Leaders. She is a five-time Cannes Lion winner and has served on the IAB Creator Economy Board. Her expertise encompasses technology, culture, and brand storytelling, with a focus on digital marketing and the creator economy.

Nu, a digital financial services platform, appointed Farrell as global marketing director. In this role, she leads the development of Nu's global brand architecture, brand campaigns, and partnerships, supporting the company's international growth. Farrell is based in Miami and reports to the company's co-founder and U.S. CEO, Cristina Junqueira.
