Keyondra Lockett

Keyondra Lockett is an urban contemporary gospel singer, songwriter, and entrepreneur known for her alto voice and personal songwriting within the gospel music industry. As a founding member of the gospel group Zie'l, Lockett contributed to the group's multi-part harmonies and vocal range. Zie'l gained recognition with their remake of "Is My Living In Vain" by The Clark Sisters, performed on the Stellar Awards, achieved a Billboard chart-topping song, and shared the stage with artists including Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, and Tye Tribbett.

Lockett's songwriting has played a significant role in her career. She wrote Zie'l's Billboard Top 15 hit "State of Emergency," her own Billboard Top 15 single "Try," and the Billboard number one hit "Trouble Won't Last." Her work is also featured on Kierra Sheard's LED EP, where she co-wrote "Make Me Better." Lockett is a BMI Award-winning songwriter whose music is characterized by gospel, R&B, and inspirational themes.
