Kevin Fallon

Kevin Fallon is the founder and CEO of Pivotal Innovation, a company focused on helping leaders accelerate strategy deployment and innovation performance. With a career spanning more than four decades, Fallon’s business experience began with RCA Space, now Lockheed Martin, and General Electric. He later founded five technology ventures and served as president and chief operating officer with two publicly traded corporations. Fallon’s background combines engineering, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership in business innovation and value growth.

Fallon holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Drexel University. These academic credentials, paired with hands-on experience across industries, underpin the frameworks developed at Pivotal Innovation. The company specializes in value growth strategies, offering the Value Growth Program, which focuses on designing customer-centered strategies, maximizing resource execution, and fostering agile innovation. Through the proprietary Pivotal Innovator Platform, Fallon assists organizations in integrating and automating critical processes of strategy, execution, and innovation to drive measurable business growth.

Fallon is a founder and past chair of both the Manufacturing Excellence Network and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network within the YPO organization. He received the YPO Global Best of the Best Award for leadership and learning excellence. Fallon also served as chair of YPO Innovation Week, a global event connecting YPO members in more than 130 countries through a series of events focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.
