He is the bestselling author of "Keep Chopping Wood: An Ordinary Approach to Achieving Extraordinary Success" and founder of Fieldhouse Media, dedicated to helping college athletes, coaches and administrators be better on social media. His latest book, "Into the Storm: How to Turn Adversity into Your Advantage," covers overcoming adversity and building mental toughness.
A certified Mental Performance Mastery coach, DeShazo has spoken on over 400 campuses and presented at national conventions, including NACDA, CoSIDA, the NCAA Convention, and the Collegiate Athletics Leadership Symposium.
