Kevin Cashman

Kevin Cashman is known for the creative design and implementation of leadership development and career management programs.

He has served as Vice President of a major vocational services firm and as Regional Director of an international human development organization. His educational background includes a Psychology degree from St. John's University. Kevin has served as Chapter President and Board Member of the International Association of Career Management Professionals and is a Fellow of the International Board for Career Management.

Kevin is a frequent speaker at conferences and special corporate events, has been featured in national media and trade publications, and is a Contributing Editor to Executive Excellence magazine. He is featured, along with Warren Bennis, Stephen Covey and Marshall Goldsmith, in the books A New Paradigm of Leadership (1997) and Partnering: The New Face of Leadership (2002). He is also the author of four books on leadership development and career management. His book, Leadership from the Inside Out, was named one of the top 20 best-selling business books of the decade and the #1 best-selling book for 2000 by CEO-READ. His new book, Awakening the Leader Within, is an interactive coaching experience that chronicles the transformational journey of a leader to a new way of living and a new way of leading.
