Kerry Goyette

Kerry Goyette works at the intersection of behavioral science and artificial intelligence. Her firm, Aperio Consulting Group develops people analytics technologies, an emerging field dedicated to the analysis of employee and workforce data to reveal insights and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Goyette has consulted for organizations around the world, where she leverages a high-relational, high-expertise approach.

Goyette is the award-winning author of "The Non-Obvious Guide to Emotional Intelligence," recently selected as one of the “Best Business Books” by Forbes magazine. She is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst, Certified Forensic Interviewer, active Angel Investor and serves on the University of Missouri MBA Advisory Board.

Goyette loves to travel with her husband, Joe, and her family, Bailey, Jana, Megan, and Wesley. The Goyette family is known for their intellectual curiosity, often debating current topics around the dinner table and encouraging one another to embrace the challenges around them.
