Kathleen Jordan

Dr. Kathleen Jordan is a board-certified internal medicine physician recognized for her work in women's midlife health. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and a Doctor of Medicine from UCLA School of Medicine. Her clinical training includes a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in infectious diseases. She is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner, and her career spans private practice, hospital leadership, venture capital-funded healthcare startups, telemedicine, and brick-and-mortar clinics.

Jordan spent decades in the traditional healthcare system before moving into digital health, where she leveraged technology to enhance patient care. After scaling her own practice, she served as chief medical officer at Dignity Health and later held leadership roles in women's healthcare startups, including chief medical officer at Tia, which focused on young women, before joining Midi Health to address the needs of women in midlife. Her career highlights include establishing telehealth services at Dignity Health, attaining Health Equity Leadership Certification for the hospital and its programs, creating a trans health program in San Francisco for which she received the Leadership in Innovation Award, and supporting Tia's growth from a single site to a multistate organization with major healthcare system partnerships.

As chief medical officer of Midi Health, Jordan leads a team of clinicians in providing care for women in midlife. Her own experience navigating the healthcare system, despite her medical background and access to care, influenced her commitment to improving accessibility for others. Jordan has advocated for menopause to be recognized as its own specialty, emphasizing a holistic approach to women's health at midlife. Under her leadership, Midi Health has provided care to more than 230,000 patients, focusing on fast and effective symptom relief.

Jordan has also expanded Midi Health's services beyond menopause symptom management, highlighting the importance of addressing long-term health risks such as heart disease, cancer, dementia, and other chronic conditions that increase during midlife. She led the launch of Midi Health's "AgeWell Visit," which incorporates longevity science into personalized, insurance-covered care for women. Jordan's expertise in women's health, menopause care, and digital health innovation has been featured in The Washington Post, CNN International, Time magazine, Yahoo News, and other media outlets. She has participated in panels such as "Demystifying and Embracing Menopause with Knowledge and Solutions" and has appeared on television programs to discuss how awareness and new wellness approaches can support women through midlife transitions.
