Katherine McCord is an entrepreneur, international speaker, and the founder and president of Titan Management, a national people operations consulting firm focused on transforming human resources and recruiting through integrity, inclusion, and innovation. With an emphasis on global best hiring practices and diversity hiring, McCord established Titan Management as a national talent acquisition and consulting organization. Titan Management has expanded across multiple industries, offering a team-focused approach to HR consulting and talent acquisition.

Operationally, McCord has assisted multiple companies in establishing policies and procedures, developing departments and training programs, and building vendor partnerships. In recruitment, she has designed programs for organizations ranging from start-ups to enterprise-level companies, achieving industry-leading results, including a project that onboarded 256 hires within two days with a team of five staff members.

An innovator in HR technology, McCord designed the first fully accessible, anti-bias applicant tracking system plugin that eliminates resumes and highlights company diversity. Her patent-pending technology removes unnecessary information from applications, focusing on skill-matching and candidate talents.
