Kate Feather Biography
Kate Feather is the vice president of culture and engagement at Lincoln Financial Group. In this role, she oversees the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise-wide culture, recognition, and engagement initiatives for Lincoln Financial Group’s workforce of more than 11,000 employees. She develops programs that influence organizational culture, business strategy, and the employee experience.
Previously, Feather led the customer experience transformation group at PeopleMetrics. In that role, she served as a strategic consultant for clients including Christie’s Auction House, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and Subaru of America. She also managed all research and development projects, frequently spoke at industry events, contributed to publications on customer experience, and developed engagement models that inform research in the field.
Feather began her career in market research and has held research, consulting, and leadership positions in both the United Kingdom and the United States. She holds an MSc in social psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA with honors in psychology from Durham University in the United Kingdom.
