Karen Eber

Karen Eber is an author, TED and keynote speaker, and international leadership consultant specializing in storytelling, leadership development, and organizational culture. As CEO and chief storyteller of Eber Leadership Group, Eber works with companies to build leaders, teams, and cultures through storytelling grounded in neuroscience and behavioral science. Her approach focuses on making communication strategies accessible and practical for audiences across industries.

Eber has more than two decades of corporate experience, including roles as head of culture and chief learning officer at General Electric, where she oversaw a workforce of 90,000 employees across 150 countries, and as head of leadership development at Deloitte. Her experience includes integrating cultures after mergers and coaching C-suite teams through organizational challenges. Eber is a four-time American Training and Development award winner and holds a master's in instructional design and a bachelor's in psychology.
