Julie Webb

Julie Webb is the founder and chief leadership stylist of JMW Collective, a women's leadership development expert focused on closing the gender leadership gap, a leadership coach and organizational development strategist, and an insurance executive holding CIC and CPCU designations. Webb has more than two decades of diverse experience in the financial services industry, where she has held leadership roles spanning operations, sales, and organizational development. Webb was the principal at MPB Insurance, an independent agency she started in March 2020 — yes, that March. Before that, Webb served as regional vice president for a large agency network with responsibility for the Mid-Atlantic territory. Webb began her career with GEICO in a leadership development program and ultimately built and led a regional sales and service call center in Buffalo, New York. Webb is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she studied business.

A strong advocate for professional women, Webb led the Women’s Leadership Network employee resource group at MPB and founded a local chapter of the Women’s Business League to provide a space for professional women to network and grow together. Webb serves as board chair for Big Brothers Big Sisters of South-Central Pennsylvania and volunteers with Girl Scouts, Girls on the Run, and Junior Achievement. In these roles, Webb is committed to helping younger generations reach their full potential, while sprinkling a little bit of insurance awareness on top, too.

Webb's advocacy work led her to found JMW Collective, a leadership consulting practice focused first on professional women. Through group and individual coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements, Webb empowers organizations and leaders to design thriving businesses that are profitable, inclusive, and resilient for generations to come.

As a self-proclaimed leadership stylist, Webb explores the intersection of leadership and style with her audiences. Her sessions are engaging and interactive, providing space for both connection and self-reflection. Participants walk away from Webb's keynotes ready to proudly embrace their signature style and unleash their leadership potential.

Webb has keynoted conferences in the insurance industry for state associations, agency networks, and large insurance companies. While Webb's favorite keynotes focus on women’s leadership, Webb also shares operational and sales experience with diverse audiences. Webb facilitates mastermind groups through MyNetwork and teaches the CIC Agency Management course through the Risk & Insurance Education Alliance.
