Julie Thomas

Julie Thomas is the president and CEO of ValueSelling Associates Inc., a global leader in sales training and performance improvement. Thomas is a speaker, author, and consultant with more than 24 years of experience in sales. She has built her career on a deep mastery of the ValueSelling Framework, which she credits for her advancement in sales, sales management, and corporate leadership roles. Thomas began her sales career at Gartner Group, now Gartner Inc., before leading ValueSelling Associates and expanding its global presence.

As president and CEO, Thomas oversees the company's worldwide expansion and its position as a market leader in on-demand, instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and hybrid learning solutions delivered in more than 17 languages. She collaborates with revenue leaders across industries to improve sales performance and guides organizations through uncertainty, helping them build resilient teams that drive sustainable results and foster long-term customer relationships. Under Thomas's leadership, ValueSelling Associates has become an industry leader in competency- and process-based training for business-to-business sales organizations.

Thomas has also championed the integration of artificial intelligence into sales coaching, launching ValueCoach AI to maximize revenue performance while maintaining essential human-to-human relationships in sales.
