Previously, she led multicultural audience engagement at Disney, influencing billion-dollar hits like Encanto, Black Panther, and Raya and the Last Dragon, and spearheaded global inclusion initiatives at Google and NBCUniversal.
A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Crommett has shaped the future of inclusive storytelling as an Adjunct Professor at Georgia Tech and co-creator of Columbia University’s mandatory inclusive storytelling course. She serves as an emissary for the U.S. State Department’s American Film Showcase, is a BAFTA and PGA member, and hosts the acclaimed You Got Moxie! podcast.
