Julia Keleher, Ed.D, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished educator, management consultant, author, and speaker with over 25 years of experience addressing societal challenges. She currently serves as the Executive Director of First State Educate, an education nonprofit, in addition to being a Smart Justice Ambassador for the ACLU of Deleware.
