Joy Allen-Altimare

Joy Allen-Altimare is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience leading brand innovation, growth, and commercialization across highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets. She has a proven track record of building profitable, consumer-led businesses grounded in data, experience design, and cultural insight—particularly at moments of industry transformation.

Allen-Altimare currently serves as President of Vella Bioscience, a science-led women’s health company focused on advancing sexual and hormonal health with rigor, clarity, and empathy. In this role, she oversees strategy across brand, product, operations, and external engagement, with a focus on scaling a disciplined, evidence-based platform that supports women across their full hormonal lifecycle—from menstruation through menopause.

Previously, Allen-Altimare was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Saucony, where she led global brand strategy and repositioning for the heritage performance running brand. Her work focused on modernizing the brand, strengthening global relevance, and driving growth through culture, innovation, and consumer connection.

Prior to Saucony, Allen-Altimare served as Chief Revenue Officer of Havas Media Network North America, where she led Client Experience, Growth, and Multicultural teams. In this role, she elevated client and operational excellence, helping maximize value for both clients and the organization while navigating rapid shifts in media, technology, and consumer behavior.

Allen-Altimare has also held senior leadership roles across health and wellness, including Chief Marketing Officer at Kindbody, a technology-driven fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider. At Kindbody, she architected the global member utilization strategy, led product development and commercialization, and served as a key executive voice shaping the brand’s positioning and member experience.

Earlier, Allen-Altimare was Chief Revenue Officer at EHE Health, overseeing growth across the company’s expanding preventative care ecosystem. She previously served as Chief Marketing and Product Officer, aligning marketing, digital product, and care delivery to improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and utilization.

Earlier in her career, Allen-Altimare worked with leading global agencies including Ogilvy, GREY, and Publicis, partnering with iconic brands such as L’Oréal, Verizon, and Colgate-Palmolive. She also supported Condé Nast during its transition from traditional publishing to a digital-first future, advising on strategy as the media landscape evolved.
