Josselyne Herman-Saccio

Josselyne Herman-Saccio is a multifaceted powerhouse in the entertainment and personal development sectors. With over 30 years of experience, she has successfully navigated a career spanning from television production and interactive media to music, coaching, and nonprofit leadership. Herman-Saccio’s journey began in 1986 when she produced animated commercials and TV programs for Zanders Animation Parlor, before taking on the role of Director of Production at ACTV Interactive TV, overseeing the creation of 150+ original programming episodes. She has produced over 300 commercials, many of which were creatively led by her, and has written and produced award-winning content for A&E's Biography.

In addition to her work in the entertainment industry, Herman-Saccio pursued her dream of becoming a pop artist. As a member of the group BOY KRAZY, she achieved massive success with their hit song, “That’s What Love Can Do,” which replaced Whitney Houston's “I Will Always Love You” at the top of the charts. This feat placed her in the exclusive club of artists whose debut songs went #1, alongside the likes of Elvis and The Beatles. Herman-Saccio later transitioned to a role as a career coach and personal manager, supporting actors, writers, directors, and musicians. Her career coaching, combined with her expertise in marketing and branding, has helped shape the success of countless individuals in the entertainment industry.

Throughout her career, Herman-Saccio has also dedicated herself to philanthropic efforts, raising nearly $20 million for various causes and spearheading initiatives such as the Families of Freedom Scholarship Fund for children affected by 9/11. She is the founder of United Global Shift, a nonprofit committed to shifting global consciousness toward peace and possibility, and has worked with leaders from more than 20 countries. Additionally, she has spoken at events globally, including TEDx, and served as a mentor and trainer for Landmark Worldwide, impacting over 200,000 people with transformative programs in business, family, and personal growth.
