Josh Murray

Josh Murray is a reality television personality best known for winning Season 10 of "The Bachelorette." Born in Syracuse, New York, he was raised in Tampa, Florida, and first pursued a career in athletics before transitioning into the public eye through reality TV.

Before his television fame, Murray was a promising athlete. He was selected in the second round of the 2002 Major League Baseball draft by the Milwaukee Brewers and spent several years playing in the minor leagues. After ending his baseball career, he returned to school, eventually attending the University of Georgia, where he briefly walked onto the football team alongside his brother, quarterback Aaron Murray. He later graduated with a business degree and worked in financial services.

Murray rose to national prominence in 2014 as a contestant on "The Bachelorette," starring Andi Dorfman. Over the course of the season, he emerged as a frontrunner and ultimately won, proposing to Dorfman during the finale. Their engagement, however, was short-lived; the couple announced their split in early 2015 after several months together.

Following his initial success on the show, Murray continued his reality television career with appearances on "Bachelor in Paradise," where he became engaged again—this time to Amanda Stanton—though that relationship also ended. He later appeared on other programs, including "Famously Single" and MTV’s "The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars."
