Josh Gad

Josh Gad is a Tony Award-nominated, Grammy Award-winning actor, comedian, and singer recognized for his versatility across stage, film, television, and voice acting. After earning a degree from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, Gad launched a career spanning Broadway, Hollywood films, and major animated franchises. His early achievements in competitive speech and humor foreshadowed his professional focus on comedy and performance.

Gad is known for voicing Olaf in the "Frozen" franchise and originating the role of Elder Cunningham in the Broadway musical "The Book of Mormon." His portrayal of Elder Cunningham earned him a Tony Award nomination for Best Leading Actor in a Musical and a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, shared with co-star Andrew Rannells. He also received a Distinguished Performance award from the Drama League Awards and the Outstanding Actor in a Musical honor from the Outer Critics Circle Awards for his work in the show. In animation, Gad's role as Olaf in "Frozen" and "Frozen 2" earned him two Annie Awards for Outstanding Achievement for Voice Acting in an Animated Feature Production.

Gad's film work includes playing Steve Wozniak in the biopic "Jobs," LeFou in Disney's live-action adaptation of "Beauty and the Beast," and Hector MacQueen in "Murder on the Orient Express," directed by Kenneth Branagh.
