Josh Allen

Josh Allen is the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. Selected seventh overall by the Bills in the first round of the NFL Draft, Allen arrived in Buffalo as a physically gifted prospect from the University of Wyoming, having begun his college career at Reedley College after not receiving Division I scholarship offers out of high school. Despite early questions about his accuracy and consistency, Allen developed into the face of the franchise and a prominent dual-threat quarterback in the league.

Allen's breakout occurred when he led the Bills to a division title and playoff victory, setting franchise records for single-season passing yards and touchdowns. He has guided Buffalo to multiple playoff appearances and consecutive AFC East division titles, establishing the Bills as consistent AFC contenders. Allen holds the NFL record for most career rushing touchdowns by a quarterback, surpassing Cam Newton, and is the only player in NFL history to rush for at least six touchdowns in each of his first eight seasons—a distinction otherwise shared only by Hall of Fame running backs Marshall Faulk, LaDainian Tomlinson and Jim Brown.

Allen compiled 41 total touchdowns in a standout season, threw a career-low six interceptions, and posted a 77.3 QBR while leading the Bills to a 13–4 record and another division title. His performance earned him the AP NFL Most Valuable Player Award, making him the third Bills player to win the honor, joining Thurman Thomas and O.J. Simpson. At the same NFL Honors ceremony, Allen also received the FedEx Air Player of the Year and the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award, the latter determined by a vote of current NFL players and recognizing fair play, respect for the game and integrity in competition. Allen became the first Bills player to win the sportsmanship award.

Allen is the first player in NFL history to record five consecutive seasons with 40 or more total touchdowns and the first quarterback to record a passing, rushing and receiving touchdown in a single game. He holds the NFL's highest single-postseason passer rating at 149.0. Allen has earned four Pro Bowl selections and two Second-Team All-Pro honors, and his number 17 has been retired by the University of Wyoming. Allen continues to serve as a standard-bearer at his position, recognized for his impact on the quarterback role and his contributions to the Buffalo Bills and the NFL.

Off the field, Allen launched Out of Pocket Studios, a new media venture where he serves as CEO and executive producer, focusing on entertainment, commercial, and experiential projects.
