Johnny Elsasser

Johnny Elsasser is a former Special Operations U.S. Army Ranger recognized for his work in leadership, men's health, and personal development. A veteran of the 2nd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, Elsasser deployed four times to Iraq and Afghanistan, serving in roles from private and SAW gunner to team leader and squad leader. He also spent five years as a private contractor, protecting the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq as the tactical commander for three different ambassadors. This combination of combat experience and diplomatic security work provided Elsasser with a comprehensive perspective on leadership under pressure.

After transitioning to civilian life and working in a corporate environment, Elsasser faced significant personal challenges that prompted a period of self-reflection. Following a divorce, he examined his identity and purpose outside of military service, recognizing that many men struggle to define themselves and live authentically. He has delivered keynote speeches, including "Tactical Pause" and "PRIME Process," at events such as the Isle of Palms Chamber of Commerce, the Masculinity Summit, and the Saloon Soiree, focusing on leadership effectiveness, teamwork, and intentional living.
