John Geyston

John Geyston is a speaker, author, leadership coach and youth development educator who has spent more than 44 years helping individuals and families discover their potential and live with confidence, purpose and direction.

After relocating from Illinois to Tampa, Florida, Geyston has continued to expand his work in leadership development, personal growth and performance coaching. His mission is centered on helping individuals grow, lead and create meaningful lives through discipline, resilience and intentional action.

Geyston serves as a performance and leadership coach, keynote speaker, podcast host and author. He is the author of the bestselling book, "Embrace Your Awesome," which focuses on helping young people develop confidence, resilience and strong character. He has additional books forthcoming, including the illustrated children's book "The Power Inside You," designed to empower mindset and confidence in young children. He is editing a faith-based version, "Embrace Your Awesome: Growing in Confidence as a Child of God," that builds on principles of identity, growth and self-belief.

For more than 44 years, Geyston's work has centered on mentoring individuals, developing leaders and helping people understand how discipline, perseverance and purpose shape a meaningful and successful life. Through his speaking, coaching and leadership programs, he has worked with thousands of individuals across diverse communities.

He is also the host of the "Embrace Your Awesome Podcast," where he interviews leaders, athletes and entrepreneurs about perseverance, leadership and personal growth.
