In parallel, Wyrwas serves as vice president of Anthem Engineering, supporting U.S. government and intelligence community programs and bringing more than a decade of experience leading complex technical teams in high-stakes, mission-driven environments. His work spans strategy, delivery and people leadership, where the cost of misalignment is real and the margin for error is small.
Wyrwas's speaking blends practical leadership frameworks with real-world experience and personal storytelling, helping leaders navigate fear, uncertainty and responsibility without losing momentum. Outside of work, he is a licensed skydiver with more than 600 jumps, an experience that deeply informs his perspective on trust, risk and leading when conditions are anything but comfortable.
