Joe Ucuzoglu

Joe Ucuzoglu is the Global Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte, the world’s largest professional services network, leading more than 450,000 professionals across audit, consulting, tax, risk, and financial advisory services. Since assuming the role in January 2023, Ucuzoglu has guided Deloitte’s global strategy with a focus on innovation, inclusivity, and purpose-driven leadership, helping organizations navigate complex business, technological, and societal challenges.

Before becoming global CEO, Ucuzoglu served as CEO of Deloitte US, where he oversaw one of the firm’s largest markets and played a pivotal role in shaping its client and talent strategies. His prior leadership of Deloitte’s US Audit & Assurance practice equipped him with deep experience in delivering high-quality professional services while fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration.

Ucuzoglu is widely recognized for his thought leadership on business, governance, and workforce transformation. He actively engages in industry and public policy discussions as a member of the Business Roundtable and the World Economic Forum’s International Business Council. He also serves on the Board of Councilors and the Board of Trustees at the University of Southern California, his alma mater, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
