Jodie Wallis

Jodie Wallis is the global chief analytics officer at Manulife, where she leads the company’s worldwide strategy to leverage data and artificial intelligence for personalized customer experiences, operational efficiency, and informed strategic decision-making. With more than three decades of experience in transformation programs, Wallis brings expertise in AI-driven business innovation. Before joining Manulife, she served as managing director at Accenture Canada, leading the Applied Intelligence Practice and collaborating with clients across industries to implement advanced analytics and machine intelligence solutions.

Wallis has contributed to positioning Manulife as a leader in generative AI, overseeing the development and deployment of numerous AI use cases that have improved efficiency and customer engagement. Her leadership has supported the establishment of robust AI governance frameworks and promoted a culture of innovation within the organization. Wallis also serves on the global editorial board of CDO Magazine and is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing insights on AI, data strategy, and regulatory challenges.
