Jill Dyché

Jill Dyché is a seasoned business leader, author, and executive advisor with a career spanning management consulting, technology strategy, and executive leadership. As the founder of Baseline Consulting Group, a pioneering strategy and analytics consulting firm, she guided Fortune 100 companies through digital transformation, business model innovation, and culture change. A recognized thought leader in data management and IT strategy, Dyché has authored four influential books, including The New IT, which was named one of Inc. Magazine’s "60 Great Business and Leadership Books Written by Women." She has delivered hundreds of keynotes and presentations in over 25 countries and was recognized as one of the 12 Most Influential Women in Big Data by InformationWeek.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Dyché applies her leadership expertise to animal advocacy as the executive director of Outta the Cage, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing at-risk shelter dogs. Under her guidance, the organization has developed impactful branding and marketing initiatives, hosted lifesaving adoption events, and launched programs such as the Registered Vet Tech (RVT) Rescue initiative in collaboration with Pierce College. She actively collaborates with Los Angeles city and county shelters on rescue efforts and shelter reform.
