Jessy Dover

Dover is the co-founder and chief creative officer of Dagne Dover, a women-founded performance bag brand recognized for its functional and organized designs. Dover, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, brings extensive design experience to the company, having previously worked with Coach, Dennis Basso, Jen Kao, Armani, and Reed Krakoff. She oversees Dagne Dover's vision, product development, and production, guiding the brand through each collection launch.

Dover co-founded Dagne Dover with Melissa Mash and Deepa Gandhi, building the business with a focus on long-term growth and a people-first approach. The co-founders have expanded Dagne Dover from a small startup to a prominent name in the performance bag industry. The brand emphasizes sustainability and ethical design, reflected in its philosophy that responsibility is not a trend.

Dover also co-founded Brands for Better, an organization that connected more than 140 brands and helped raise significant funds for COVID-19 relief efforts.

Dover has been recognized for her leadership, earning the judges' choice for Creative Director and Founder of the Year. Under her direction, Dagne Dover's team achieved multiple product launches while reducing the brand's environmental impact. Dagne Dover has received recognition at the Glossy Fashion Awards. The brand's Landon Carryall won the NBC Select Travel Award for Best Overall Weekender, and the Dakota Backpack was named Best Commuter Backpack in the same awards program.
