Jessie Inchauspé is a French biochemist, New York Times bestselling author, and founder of the Glucose Goddess movement, a platform dedicated to making the science of blood sugar accessible to a broad audience. Inchauspé holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from King's College London and a Master of Science in biochemistry from Georgetown University, where she co-authored peer-reviewed research on the relationship between diet and cancer risk. Inchauspé's interest in glucose science began after experiencing a severe back injury at age 19, which resulted in chronic pain and mental health challenges.
