
Jessica Lawrence Quinn is a nonprofit and technology executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience across innovative organizations. She serves as CEO of the Putnam Foundation and the 1911 Office, a family foundation and family office based in New Hampshire. Quinn's career includes building and transforming organizations in both the nonprofit and technology sectors, with expertise in organizational management, community engagement, and technology-driven social impact.
Quinn began her career at the Girl Scouts in Southern California, supporting a community of 75 staff, 5,000 volunteers, and 15,000 girls. At age 28, she became the youngest CEO among the 100 chief executives in the national organization. Following her tenure with the Girl Scouts, Quinn served as CEO of NY Tech Alliance, a nonprofit supporting New York's technology community, and organized NY Tech Meetup, recognized as the world's largest Meetup group. She led large monthly technology events that served as launchpads for major New York City startups such as Tumblr and Livestream. Before her current role, Quinn was executive director of Civic Hall, a nonprofit collaborative community center in New York City focused on advancing technology for public good.
Quinn has received awards including the Girl Scouts of the USA Frances Hesselbein Award for Excellence in Management, and has been recognized by The Daily Muse and Crain's New York Business. She earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University and was one of 15 women selected for Seth Godin's Female Entrepreneur MBA program. Quinn holds a degree in psychology from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a master's degree in leadership for sustainability at the University of Vermont.

She serves on the board of directors for MacDowell and as a member of the board of trustees for The Well School.
