
Jeremy Roenick is a prominent figure in American hockey, known for his impact as both a player and a broadcaster. Drafted eighth overall in the NHL Entry Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks, Roenick quickly established himself as a leading presence on the ice. A nine-time NHL All-Star and two-time U.S. Olympic Men's Ice Hockey Team member, Roenick was recognized as one of the top American-born hockey players in both professional and international competition. He became the third American-born player to score 500 goals in the NHL.

Roenick was also named one of the "100 Greatest NHL Players."

He has been featured as a hockey analyst on TSN, a cable sports broadcast network in Canada, and joined NBC Sports Group as a studio analyst for NHL coverage on "NHL Live" and "NHL Overtime," NBCSN's pre- and post-game shows. Roenick also served as an Olympic hockey analyst at multiple Winter Olympics. He is the subject of two books: "Jeremy Roenick: Shoot First, Pass Later" and "J.R.: My Life as the Most Outspoken, Fearless and Hard-Hitting Man in Hockey."
