Jeremie Kubicek

Jeremie Kubicek is a leadership expert, Wall Street Journal bestselling author, and entrepreneur whose work focuses on organizational development and people management. Kubicek serves as CEO and co-founder of GiANT, a global leadership consulting group with offices in London, Atlanta, and Oklahoma City, and a network of associates worldwide. He has launched more than 20 companies while living in Oklahoma City, Moscow, Atlanta, and London, contributing international entrepreneurial experience to his leadership approach.

Kubicek began his career by starting the Moscow Economic School and a marketing consulting business in Moscow, Russia, with colleagues. After returning to the United States, he worked as vice president of marketing for a family-owned distribution company. Following the sale of that company, he joined the venture capital firm that acquired it, assisting with the integration of multiple businesses across the country. A life-changing accident shifted Kubicek's perspective, leading to his partnership in the creation of GiANT. He and a group of investors acquired the John Maxwell entities, where the Catalyst Conferences and Leadercast were developed into national brands from the Atlanta-based GiANT offices. During this period, Kubicek contributed to the launch of programs and books with thought leaders including John Maxwell, Henry Cloud, and Mark Sanborn.

Kubicek is the author of "Leadership is Dead," "The Peace Index," "The 100X Leader," "5 Voices," and "5 Gears." Alongside Steve Cockram, he co-wrote "5 Gears" and "5 Voices," which are widely used by leaders in various industries. His frameworks, such as "The 5 Gears," "The 5 Voices," and "The 100X Leader," offer practical tools for improving communication, enhancing collaboration, and driving organizational performance. "The 5 Voices" adapts Jungian typology to help individuals understand leadership behavior through accessible metaphors.
