Jenny Sauer-Klein

Jenny Sauer-Klein is an entrepreneur, facilitator, and experience designer whose work focuses on organizational culture, human connection, and transformational learning. Sauer-Klein is the founder and CEO of The Primary Shift, a workplace experience design studio that supports companies in engaging employees and developing organizational culture through dynamic learning experiences. She has consulted with and led programs for organizations such as Airbnb, Google, Dropbox, Haas School of Business, and Stanford.

Sauer-Klein's approach emphasizes shifting participants from passive observers to active contributors. She is the founder and CEO of Scaling Intimacy School of Experience Design, which trains event leaders to integrate connection into their events. Sauer-Klein also founded The Culture Conference, an invite-only event for organizational leaders focused on building positive workplace culture. To support facilitators globally, she created "Play On Purpose," a video tutorial library featuring more than 80 virtual and in-person team building games designed to help facilitators engage and connect groups and teams.

Prior to her work in organizational culture, Sauer-Klein co-founded AcroYoga, establishing a global movement rooted in trust, connection, and playfulness. She scaled AcroYoga into an international brand and community with millions of practitioners, including celebrities, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs. This experience provided her with insight into cultivating authentic culture at scale, which she now applies to corporate environments.

Sauer-Klein is a TEDx speaker and presents at international conferences such as Summit Series, Culture Summit, and Wisdom 2.0. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, and Inc., as well as in Tim Ferriss' book "Tools of Titans."
