Jennifer Nielsen Biography
Jennifer A. Nielsen is the #1 New York Times Bestselling author of more than 25 books for young readers. She is a Sydney Taylor Notable Book Award Honor winner, has won multiple Whitney Awards, and her works make regular appearances on state school lists. She is the author of "The Ascendance" trilogy, beginning with "The False Prince," "The Mark of the Thief" series, and stand alone historical fiction such as "A Night Divided" and "One Wrong Step."
Nielsen’s debut book was "Elliot and the Goblin War." That series became known as "The Underworld Chronicles." The next series she released was "The Ascendance" trilogy, beginning with "The False Prince." She wrote the sixth book of the "Infinity Ring" series, "Beyond Enemy Lines." In 2017, She completed the series, "Mark of the Thief."
Neilsen lives with her family in Northern Utah.
