McClure's professional journey began in the corporate world, where she advanced through human resources leadership roles. She spent about 20 years as an HR practitioner, holding leadership and executive positions, including vice president of HR for a consumer products company. The first part of her career focused on human resources executive and executive recruiter roles before transitioning to professional speaking and leadership coaching. McClure has delivered keynotes and led workshops at more than 500 conferences and corporate events in 11 countries across six continents. Her clients include Procter & Gamble, General Electric, IBM, SAP, Bloomberg, Charles Schwab, Stryker, LinkedIn, Notre Dame University, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
