Jennifer Botterill

Jennifer Botterill is a keynote speaker, peak performance coach, broadcaster, and business leader. She is the CEO and President of Excel in Life Inc. and Journey to Excel Inc., and has spent more than 15 years helping individuals and organizations achieve high performance and reach their full potential.

One of Canada's most accomplished athletes, Botterill was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2025. A member of Canada's National Women's Hockey Team for 14 years, she competed in four Olympic Games, winning three gold medals (2002, 2006, 2010) and one silver (1998). She is also a five-time World Champion and a two-time World Championship MVP.

A graduate of Harvard University with honors, Botterill captained the women's hockey team and remains the only two-time recipient of the Patty Kazmaier Award. Today, she is a prominent hockey analyst for Sportsnet and Warner Bros. Discovery, having also worked with NBC, TSN, CBC, and MSG Networks.

Beyond sports and broadcasting, Botterill is a respected advocate, mentor, and ambassador who has supported initiatives with the International Olympic Committee, the International Ice Hockey Federation, and numerous charitable organizations.
