Jenna Lange

Jenna Lange is a high-stakes communication coach, keynote speaker, and entrepreneur focused on transforming how leaders communicate under pressure. As the founder and CEO of Lange International, Lange has guided executives and their teams through complex communication challenges for more than two decades. She developed her expertise in pitch coaching in New York City's financial district, supporting investment bankers in refining their messaging and delivery from initial meetings through IPOs. This experience contributed to the growth of her boutique consulting firm, which serves influential companies across various industries.

Before establishing Lange International, Lange was a principal consultant with Rogen International, a global communication consultancy, where she built and managed the West Coast operations. She collaborates with senior leaders at organizations including Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, The Gates Foundation, The North Face, Expedia, Russell Investments, Blue Shield of California, and YouTube. Lange also specializes in helping CEOs of start-up companies develop and deliver compelling pitches to attract investors and partners. She has served as an adjunct professor at University of Georgia Terry College of Business and University of Washington Foster School of Business.

Lange holds an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. She is fluent in Spanish, conversational in Portuguese, and has worked in Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland. Lange has designed and delivered customized training programs for international teams throughout Europe and Latin America, focusing on sales, negotiation, and effective communication strategies for securing major accounts. Her global perspective informs keynote presentations delivered across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. Lange also serves as a speaker coach for TEDxSeattle and as an advisor to Orai, an AI-powered speech coaching platform.

Lange's LinkedIn Learning course, "High-Stakes Communication," is available in multiple languages, and her book, "Please Don't Picture Them Naked," explores the dos and don'ts of public speaking.
