Jeff Hafley

Jeff Hafley, a seasoned professional from the world of football, has made significant strides in his career. Beginning his journey as a co-defensive coordinator at Ohio State, Hafley's ability to identify and nurture talent was swiftly recognized, earning him a reputation as one of the country's top recruiters. Following this, his career shifted to the National Football League (NFL), where he held various coaching positions with teams such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Cleveland Browns, and San Francisco 49ers.

Hafley's notable tenure as the head coach at Boston College from 2020 to 2023 showcased his leadership and strategic prowess. Despite a challenging period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, he led the team to three bowl game invitations, including a victory in the "Fenway Bowl" against #17 SMU. His time at Boston College culminated in an overall coaching record of 22 wins and 26 losses.
