Jeanette Jenkins

Jeanette Jenkins, founder and President of The Hollywood Trainer is one of the country’s leading fitness experts, known best for her cutting-edge style, results-driven cross-training techniques, and supreme ability to motivate. Jenkins motivates, educates, and inspires as the new Monday and Wednesday host of My Workout: Powered by Podfitness on Lifetime Television. Jenkins studied human kinetics at the University of Ottawa and has earned over 17 international certifications covering nutrition and various methods of training. Her first product is the internationally successful Hollywood Trainer Cross Training DVD System, distributed in 11 countries and her most recent one is the book, The Hollywood Trainer Weight-Loss Plan: 21 Days to Make Healthy Living a Lifetime Habit. Jenkins will also be featured in a new cardio workout with the highly successful Crunch workout brand in Fall 2007.

Jenkins is one of 17 experts nationwide and picked for Nike Corporation’s Elite Athletes program and a Podfitness Premier Trainer. She is also a resident expert on the Food Network’s weight loss show Weighing In and a member of the Fitness Magazine Expert Advisory Board.
