Jay Izso

Jay Izso is an author, executive performance coach, motivational speaker, and syndicated radio and podcast host whose work focuses on psychology and peak performance. Izso holds a Master of Science in experimental psychology from Washington State University and has taught psychology for more than 20 years at institutions including Washington State University and North Carolina State University.
