Jason Myers

Jason Myers is a professional football placekicker currently playing for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). In addition to being a Super Bowl champion (LX), he has been selected for the Pro Bowl twice (2018, 2022). Adding to his achievements, Myers has led the NFL in scoring twice (2022, 2025) and notably holds the NFL record for most points scored in a season without touchdowns: 171 points in 2025. His career NFL statistics as of 2025 include 297 field goals made from 347 attempts, and 369 extra points made from 393 attempts.

Myers' successful career includes setting numerous records. Notably, he holds the record for the highest field goal percentage in a season (minimum 20 attempts) at 100.0% in 2020 and made the most field goals in a Super Bowl, with 5. In 2025, he set a new NFL record for most points scored in a single season including postseason, with 206 points. He also hit a career long and Seahawks franchise record long 61-yard field goal in 2020. In his tenure with the Seahawks, Myers has been named a team captain and was the second-highest paid kicker in the league after signing a four-year contract extension in 2023.

Myers' consistent performance has earned him recognition, including being named to the AFC Pro Bowl roster for his performance during the 2018 season. In 2022, he led the NFL with 143 points scored and was named as a Pro Bowler. He also represented the New York Jets at the Pro Bowl in 2018. Outside of his professional achievements, Myers has been recognized for his advocacy against violence and discrimination towards the Asian American & Pacific Islander community.
