Jane Hyun is an executive coach and global leadership strategist whose work has influenced how organizations address cultural differences in the workplace. Often referred to as an interpreter, Hyun serves as a coach to multinational companies, Fortune 500 organizations, schools, and nonprofit groups. These programs have been recognized by Fortune 100 companies seeking to leverage cultural capital within their talent pools. She is also the co-author of "Flex: The New Playbook for Managing Across Differences," which provides guidance to senior management teams and diversity councils on building effective multicultural teams and developing a global talent pipeline. Her book "Leadership Toolkit for Asians – The Definitive Resource Guide For Breaking the Bamboo Ceiling" addresses the challenges Asian Americans face in career advancement, noting that while they make up 13 percent of the professional workforce, they hold less than 3 percent of executive positions.

She was also research director for The Conference Board's Cultural Fluency: Leadership Styles in Asia study. Hyun has worked with leaders across five continents to increase agility and drive business growth and innovation.
