Jana Rich

Jana Rich is the founder and former CEO of Rich Talent Group, a leading executive search firm known for building diverse, forward-thinking leadership teams for some of the world’s most influential companies. With more than 25 years of experience in executive recruitment, she has partnered with top technology, consumer, and media brands—including Airbnb, DoorDash, Google, and Nike—to place transformative leaders who drive growth and innovation. She served as CEO until May 2024, then moved to Executive Chair until April 2025, before departing entirely. She now serves on the boards of Godfrey Dadich Partners, Olympia Snow Women's Leadership Institute, and others. She is the founding member of The WIE Suite, a membership community for women leaders.

Before founding Rich Talent Group in 2014, Rich spent over a decade at two of the world’s premier executive search firms, leveraging her expertise in leadership assessment and organizational development. Her work has been instrumental in helping companies scale responsibly while fostering inclusion and representation at the highest levels. She is widely respected for her strategic insight, authenticity, and commitment to aligning leadership with company culture and values.

A passionate advocate for diversity and equity in the workplace, Rich frequently speaks and writes on topics related to inclusive leadership and the evolving role of executives in today’s dynamic business environment.
