Jamie Crosbie is an international TEDx speaker, global keynote speaker, founder and chairwoman of ProActivate, author and performance mindset expert. An accomplished senior executive with more than 25 years of success across sales leadership, talent acquisition and performance coaching, she is a former vice president of sales and training at CareerBuilder and the founder and chairwoman of ProActivate. Throughout her career, Crosbie has led teams of more than 80 people, driven 50 to 85 percent year-over-year revenue growth and managed $35 million in operations.
