Jake Zweig

Jake Zweig is a high-impact leader, motivator, and innovator who brings elite standards of training, toughness, and performance from his career as a Navy SEAL commando officer into business, athletics, and leadership development. Whether building elite teams on the football field or scaling a logistics business to multimillion-dollar success, Zweig operates with one mission: develop people to achieve the impossible.

Zweig recently launched and scaled an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) company—growing it from zero to 140+ employees and $8 million in revenue in just eight months. By focusing on operational excellence, empowering frontline leadership, and building a winning culture, he delivered consistent performance in one of the most demanding logistics environments in the country.

Zweig returned to college athletics after his military service and has worked extensively with universities like Ohio University and the University of New Hampshire, leading football programs and athletic departments through transformational leadership programs. His SEAL-style leadership intensives include practical leadership training, real-time problem-solving, and grueling team-building workouts designed to push limits and forge stronger, more cohesive units.

A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Zweig began his military career as a Surface Warfare Officer on the U.S.S. Merrimack before attending Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training (BUD/S). As a top performer and class leader, he led his peers through the most grueling military training in the world. He went on to serve with SEAL Team 8 and achieved the rank of Lieutenant.
