Jake Graf is an award-winning director, writer, and actor based in London, known for his roles in "The Danish Girl", "Colette", and the viral short film "Headspace". Since transitioning in 2008, Jake has used film as a vehicle for positive change, writing and directing acclaimed short films like "XWHY", "Brace", "Chance", "Dawn", and "Dusk". His work, often used in educational settings worldwide, centers trans narratives rarely seen on screen and champions authentic representation. As one of the most prominent trans male public figures in the UK, Jake has appeared in major media outlets and publications and is actively developing his first feature film, "Lavender". His activism includes speaking at the White House, Westminster, and the Houses of Parliament, and serving as a patron and ambassador for numerous LGBTQ+ organizations and awards.

Captain Hannah Graf MBE is a decorated former British Army officer who served in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, with deployments to Afghanistan, Kenya, and Canada. Coming out as a transgender woman in 2013, she became the highest-ranking transgender soldier in the British Army and served as its Transgender Representative. Hannah’s leadership and advocacy influenced military policy and helped support other transgender personnel. She has since become a prominent speaker and LGBTQ+ advocate, appearing on national television and receiving awards from Stonewall, Cosmopolitan, and the British LGBT Awards. After leaving the military in 2019, she transitioned to a new career in the financial sector, where she applies her military-honed leadership to combating global financial crime.

Together, Jake and Hannah have become leading voices for LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion. Married in 2018 and living in South London, they frequently collaborate on media projects and film work, advocate for trans rights, and serve as joint patrons of Mermaids UK. In 2020, they welcomed their first child, Millie, and continue to be celebrated as a powerful example of love, resilience, and the evolving possibilities of modern family life.
