Jacqueline Jacques

Dr. Jacqueline Jacques is a naturopathic doctor whose career spans more than two decades at the intersection of medicine, nutrition, and the natural products industry. Jacques received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine and completed a one-year residency in naturopathic family practice and pain management. She is a fellow of The Obesity Society and brings extensive leadership experience in medical nutrition and wellness industries.

Her academic background includes a certificate in finance and accounting from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University and a specialty certification in cannabis science and medicine from the University of Vermont. Jacques has held roles as an entrepreneur and executive, with experience in medicine and industry, including start-ups, strategic transactions, product development, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, and global expansion.

A significant chapter in Jacques' career was her role as a founder of Bariatric Advantage, a company focused on nutritional care for weight loss surgery patients. She later served at Thorne Health Tech as chief research officer (special situations).
