Jacob Tremblay

Jacob Tremblay is a Canadian actor recognized for his work in film and television, particularly in Hollywood. Tremblay began his acting career at a young age, securing his first major role at age five in the film "The Smurfs 2." He gained widespread attention for his performance opposite Brie Larson in the drama "Room," portraying a young boy living in captivity with his mother. The film and its performances received critical acclaim, earning Tremblay numerous awards, including a Canadian Screen Award for Best Actor and a National Board of Review award for Breakthrough Performance. He was also nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role, becoming the youngest actor nominated for that award and the second-youngest in all categories.
