Jack Stratten

Jack Stratten is a retail industry speaker, writer, and researcher with more than 15 years of experience in consumer behavior, business strategy, and the future of commerce. Stratten serves as head of trends at Insider Trends, a London-based retail futures agency that advises C-level executives from major global retail brands on emerging trends and retail innovation.

After earning a bachelor's in history from the University of Kent and a master's in history from Goldsmiths, University of London, Stratten developed expertise at the intersection of retail strategy and consumer insights.
