Ivy Wolk

Ivy Wolk is an actress, comedian, and writer known for her work in television, film, stand-up comedy, and writing. Wolk first gained public attention at age 13 by posting comedic videos on TikTok, where she amassed more than 200,000 followers. This early experience engaging audiences online contributed to her development as a performer across multiple entertainment platforms.

Wolk made her professional onscreen debut on the Freeform comedy series "Everything's Gonna Be Okay," portraying Tellulah, a high school student and frenemy to the main character. Her film debut followed an unconventional path when she contacted director Sean Baker on Instagram after attending a screening of his film "Red Rocket." Baker invited her to audition, leading to her role as Crystal in "Anora," which won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Wolk briefly attended Emerson College in Boston, where she joined a sketch comedy group before leaving during her first year to pursue acting.

Wolk has appeared in the ensemble cast of the FX television series "English Teacher" as Chelsea, a sardonic high school student. She has also acted in Mary Bronstein's film "If I Had Legs I'd Kick You" and Jonah Hill's film "Outcome." Wolk was recognized on GLAAD's 20 Under 20 list.

After her role in "Anora," Wolk relocated to Brooklyn and began performing stand-up comedy in New York. She hosts two live comedy shows: "Struggle Bus," a multi-format showcase, and "The Right Side of History," which she co-produces and hosts with other comedians. Wolk's writing includes a short story published in the magazine Volume 0.
