Himanshu Palsule

Himanshu Palsule is the chief executive officer of Cornerstone OnDemand, a leading provider of cloud‑based workforce agility and human capital management solutions. He joined Cornerstone in January 2022 and leads the company through strategic growth, product innovation, customer success initiatives, and global expansion.

Palsule brings more than 35 years of experience in technology, product strategy, and business transformation. Before joining Cornerstone, he served as president of Epicor Software, where he oversaw vertical businesses and product operations focused on customer value. He also held leadership roles as chief technology officer and head of strategy at Sage Software and held executive positions at Open Systems International, Man‑Trak, and HCL.

Under Palsule’s leadership, Cornerstone has strengthened its position in the workforce software market, enhancing learning, talent management, and skills‑based technologies that help organizations modernize how they develop and retain talent.

He holds a Master of Science in software engineering from the University of Saint Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology. In addition to his role at Cornerstone, Palsule serves on the board of Alteryx, Inc., further contributing his expertise in technology and innovation.
