Heather Stuckey

Heather Stuckey is a global marketing executive with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of brand strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise innovation. Stuckey serves as vice president, brands and content marketing for North America at Mars, where she brings expertise in brand development and content strategy to one of the world's leading consumer goods companies. She holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, a Bachelor of Science from Miami University, and has completed senior management and executive development at Babson College as well as leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership in Singapore.

During her tenure at Mars, Stuckey has focused on building future-ready organizations and advancing new operational models. As global senior director of strategy and transformation, she led business transformation initiatives and developed a marketing and sales organization for Mars Snacking, implementing strategies to revamp teams across multiple regions and designing capability pathways for leaders to adapt to the evolving consumer journey. She also enhanced connectivity between global and regional teams by introducing a licensing governance plan for worldwide adoption. Earlier, Stuckey served as director of global media partnerships and led Ignition Labs, an innovation group at Mars dedicated to digital transformation and leveraging data to improve customer engagement.

Prior to Mars, Stuckey established her foundation in advertising, serving as group global director at Doyle Dane Bernbach (DDB), where she provided marketing and branding strategy and leadership. She also held the role of head of account management at Tribal Worldwide, overseeing integrated marketing, e-commerce, and mobile initiatives. Her agency work resulted in more than 30 industry honors and recognition as an Official Webby Honoree for projects in digital navigation and public service activism.

Stuckey is recognized as a thought leader on the evolving media landscape and the importance of authentic brand storytelling.
